B360 awarded the Prettyman Feasibility Study Project for General Services Administration. This Facility Feasibility Study will describe existing conditions, develop a scope of modernization requirements and evaluate implementation options for renovation and all  the items describing by the scope of work.

Our team of architects, engineers and cost estimators will lead this study and interface with the team from E. Barret Prettyman Courthouse Building Managers.

The E. Barrett Prettyman Federal Courthouse is a historic building in Washington, D.C. It was built in 1949–50 and currently houses the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
