B360 has offered construction management services for conversion of 2 Shenandoah National Park’s community water systems, Sky land, and Big Meadows, from legacy surface water spring sources to groundwater sources by rehabilitation of the deteriorated distribution system components, water treatment equipment & controls. This involved installing four domestic water well pumps, replacing three miles of pipelines, and constructing two treatment plants treating water from multiple wells. Additionally, treatment equipment including hypo chlorination, polymer, and caustic systems have been installed, along with utility control systems to operate pumps and treatment systems. B360’s comprehensive scope ensured the rehabilitation of deteriorated distribution components, upgrading infrastructure for improved water quality and reliability within the national park.
