Project Manager or Scheduler

Scope of Services:
To provide direct off-site support to the Project Manager (PM) in the management of multiple tasks associated with the move of each campus unit out of their current space in accordance with the overall project schedule as well as construction timelines for the individual renovation projects.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  1. Education: the individual will have demonstrated experience managing building renovation projects (higher education preferred) and demonstrated experience creating and managing comprehensive/complex schedules. 

Electrical Inspector Position

Minimum Qualifications (includes min. Education, Experience, Knowledge/Skills & Abilities)
Using advanced knowledge of design and construction of electrical systems and construction management, perform quality assurance inspection activities to ensure a quality capital construction project which complies with all state and local government codes and all other codes applicable to construction of facilities.
Review plans, specifications, and progress schedule, and coordinate all aspects of multiple large scale construction projects.
Prepare and submit daily progress and field reports,

Electrical Engineer Position

Scope of Service Request Description:

  1. Work under direction of Project Manager to produce design and construction documents for campus renovation projects to maintain, repair or alter existing electrical systems.
  2. As project dictates may assume lead role if project has dominant electrical effort requirement which includes customer interface, project documentation, coordination and budget.
  3. Prepare complete bid documents with emphasis on interdisciplinary coordination

 

Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.
