We are in immediate need of a Project Manager. The Project Manager should have at least five (5) years experience in the field of construction management on similar projects. This person should have experience in the management of design and construction contracts, submittal reviews, schedule reviews, fire alarm, fire sprinkler systems, mechanical and electrical system,s, and space renovations and physical security systems.

The Anthropologist will be critical to helping Uganda set and realize its Collaboration, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) agenda, particularly with regard to helping the Mission better understand and take into account the behaviors, customs and traditions, social structures, and other socio-cultural factors that affect sustainable development in Uganda. A large portion of the Anthropologist’s work is likely to be focused on youth and gender but other socio-cultural factors are likely to also emerge as areas of interest such as the socio-cultural implications of urbanization,

The Education Advisor will support the Office of Education, Youth, and Child Development (EYCD). S/he will possess in-depth knowledge of Global Education Strategy and the Ugandan education context to support the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of high-priority U.S. Government initiatives under the Mission’s basic education portfolio. The ES will provide technical expertise and support as EYCD continues to implement existing basic education activities, including early grade reading, HIV/AIDS education, and school-related gender-based violence activities, and expands the basic education portfolio to better meet the challenges faced by the Government of Uganda.

The Procurement & Administrative Assistant is located in the Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) of Uganda. The purpose of this consultant is to assist the A&A Specialists, Contracting Officer/Agreement Officer, and Executive Officer to assist in a full range of acquisition and assistance functions in support of technical offices, from the inception of contract and grant awards, through solicitation, negotiation, award, administration, and close-out.
