USAID – Department of State – SHINE Project: Design & Construction of Annexes to Community Colleges (Nimba, Lofa and Grand Bassa County), Cuttington University Library and Staff Housing, and the Prioritized Rehabilitation University of Liberia Engineering Building, Fendell.

The project involves the design and construction of community colleges (nimba, Lofa and Grand Bassa County) which will host the agriculture technology and enterprise centers which include offices, classrooms and science laboratories. These laboratories must be equipped to conduct basic tests associated with Agriculture, chemistry and biology in close collaboration with the respective community colleges.

The following tasks were self-performed:

  • Overall project management including but not limited to: Project supervision and oversight,

Awarded $3,964,836.35 USAID – Department of State – SHINE Project: Design and Construction of the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA) Building.

The project involves construction of a new class room building (36,000 square feet) for the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA).

The following tasks were self-performed:

  • Overall project management including but not limited to: Project supervision and oversight, Budget planning and scheduling, Information systems management and management of invoices
  • Prepare Construction working drawings, specifications, and construction schedule for all the activities
  • Establish and maintain an effective quality control (QC) system in compliance with the contract
  • Development of a site-specific Environmental Mitigation and Monitoring Plan (EMMP).

Awarded $ 3,125,000 Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services – SHA – Facilities.

The Contract was for On-Site Design Manager, Project Management Services; involves proposal and design
review, construction administration that include; Pre-construction, progress meetings, change order verification,
team coordination, warranties, and maintenance. For; Office Buildings, Salt Storage, Engineering Building,
Roof Projects, Planning, life cycle assessment, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Assessment, Asset
Management, Review plans, specifications, cost estimates through the design phases.
Services offered also included:

• Project Coordination
• Engineering Services
• On-Site Facilities Management
• Facility Support Services
B360 provided Mechanical &

Awarded $ 3,875,000.00 Architectural Engineering Services – SHA – Facilities.

The Contract was an Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services for New and Existing SHA Facilities,
Statewide, involving but not to be limited to: Architectural, Structural, Civil, Landscape, Mechanical, Electrical,
Plumbing, Fire Protection, Site Utility and Environmental disciplines; providing On-Site Technical Design
Project Managers, Electrical Testing Services, Commissioning Agent Services, and Testing, Adjusting, and
Balancing Services to produce plans, specifications, and/or other construction documents.
The Projects also included, but was not limited to: new projects;

B360 awarded a project by Maryland Transportation Authority and WR&A to provide Survey, Condition Assessment, Cost Estimation Services for safe, clear passageways at the Fort McHenry Tunnel in Baltimore Maryland. The service will be provided under a $3million AE Contract 3011-0000; Comprehensive Building and Facility Engineering Architectural Design Consulting Services for MDTA.

B360 partners with State of Maryland Department of Commerce to explore Solar Opportunities in Africa

The program is intended by the MD Department of Commerce Office of International Investment and Trade to;

  • Providing international market and industry research
  • Assisting Maryland companies in marketing their products and services abroad
  • Assessing requirements for export documentation
  • Planning and executing foreign trade shows and targeted missions
  • Arranging networking opportunities and business-to-business meetings
  • Offering financial assistance to exporters via the ExportMD Grant Program

BizSolutions 360 is teaming up with The University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, through its Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER), to work in partnership with the Maryland Department of Commerce’s Office of International Investment and Trade (OIIT) to provide global consulting expertise via an individualized project to BizSolutions 360 through the Maryland Global Consulting program.

B360 AWARDED CONTRACT TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONAL LOGISTICAL SUPPORT IN EGYPT AND SUDAN

We are glad to share that B360 Operations and Logistics Division has been awarded a five-year contract to support the University in their operations in Egypt and Sudan.

The University of Maryland, Baltimore has advised us that we are the selected Bidder pursuant to the UMB RFQ 88414NB – Financial and Operational Logistical Support in Egypt and Sudan.

This Contract is a huge step in our goal of being the prime company providing seamless operations and logistics support for American and African companies and organizations in the US-Africa Space.

B360 AWARDED THE PRETTYMAN FEASIBILITY STUDY PROJECT FOR GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION

B360 awarded the Prettyman Feasibility Study Project for General Services Administration. This Facility Feasibility Study will describe existing conditions, develop a scope of modernization requirements and evaluate implementation options for renovation and all  the items describing by the scope of work.

Our team of architects, engineers and cost estimators will lead this study and interface with the team from E. Barret Prettyman Courthouse Building Managers.
