Requirements: Bachelor of Science Architecture from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) certified program.

Other Requirements: Top Secret security clearances issued by DOS

Current Licensure: Desired – LEED accreditation

Experience: Seven (7) years of experience in respective discipline with progressive responsibility.

Duties

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serves as an architect in the Project Management Office supporting the capital construction and repair program.

Compensation: $80,000.00 /year

Minimum Qualifications (includes min. Education, Experience, Knowledge/Skills & Abilities)

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent is required.

Experience:

Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible related experience, which includes managing multiple renovation projects, small to mid-size, new construction projects ($1M- $10M), and managing A/E (design) consultant services and construction administration.

Required Knowledge, Skills,

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture

Experience:

Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience managing site construction or site renovation projects in the $50k – $5M range.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Possess a basic understanding of design and construction management practices.
• Ability to manage and coordinate design and construction projects with minimum
• supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to develop design concepts and solutions in hand sketch format with presentation level graphic abilities.
