Requirements: Bachelor of Science Architecture from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) certified program.

Other Requirements: Top Secret security clearances issued by DOS

Current Licensure: Desired – LEED accreditation

Experience: Seven (7) years of experience in respective discipline with progressive responsibility.

Duties

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serves as an architect in the Project Management Office supporting the capital construction and repair program.

Compensation: $80,000.00 /year
Employment type: full-time

B360 is in need of a Registered Engineer for a Project Engineer II position. The individual should have at least 5 experience on large academic buildings with labs and MEP working knowledge. The project is located in College Park, Maryland Project.

Requirements:

• Possess an understanding of design and construction management practices specifically in large academic buildings with labs.
